The Macclesfield Radio Cars experience starts with your telephone call.

We believe that standards of excellence have to be evident throughout our operation – and it all starts with our reception staff receiving your enquiry. Your call will be answered by one of our team of highly trained and knowledgeable reception staff. We understand that it’s nice to speak to someone you’re familiar with – someone who understands your needs. In pursuit of this we work hard to maintain one of the lowest staff turnover rates in our field.

It’s the reception staff’s job to provide you with an accurate estimate of our response time and, if requested, the cost involved. It’s also their job to act as controllers – efficiently directing the nearest car to where they’re required.

When your car arrives – several things will be evident – a couple not so obvious. The driver will be smartly dressed (wearing a shirt and tie) in our corporate uniform. The car will be silver (they all are) and immaculately presented – that’s because all our cars are fully valeted three times – each and every week.

The ‘not so obvious’ is safety. Every car undergoes a regular, scheduled maintenance and safety check.

Our passenger’s safety and security is of paramount importance to us so it goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) that all our drivers are fully licenced and all vehicles carry full public liability insurance. So you can rest assured that you’ll always be safe in our hands.

If you've been caught in a rain storm recently, you might have experienced one of our more recent customer service innovations – umbrellas.

Like most good ideas, it's a pretty simple one. But when you're dressed for the office, or a night out, we believe the least we should do is ensure that you arrive at your destination dry.

Our fleet of cars have all been converted to run on lpg (liquid petroleum gas) and street-level satellite navigation and traffic status systems enable our drivers to get passengers to their destination more quickly and efficiently.
