You may have heard that some local authorities are considering the introduction of a minimum dress code for private hire and taxi firms. We'd like you to know that we fully support this initiative. In fact, in pursuit of a higher and more consistent standard of dress for our drivers, over the last several months, we've actually been working on designs for our very own range of Macclesfield Radio Cars driver clothing. Of course we've enjoyed a reputation for the very highest standards of dress of our drivers - but we also believe that being well turned out should only be part of the story.

For instance, if you've been caught in a rain storm recently , you might even have experienced on of our customer service innovations - umbrellas. Like most good ideas, its a pretty simple one. But when you're dressed for the office, or a night out, we believe the least we should do is ensure that you arrive at your destination dry.

Passenger safety has always been a fundamental aspect of our service - and in pursuit of this hands free cellphone communications were introduced by us well before legislation made them obligatory. You can rest assured that our attitude to the safety of our customers is totally and utterly un-compromising.

Some time ago, in a move to reduce exhaust emissions, our fleet of luxury executive vehicles were all converted to run on liquid petroleum gas (lpg). In addition to this, our street-level satellite navigation and traffic status systems enable our drivers to get you to your destination more quickly and efficiently. And less wasted time and fuel means yet lower enviromental impact and of course, cost savings - which translates into lower rates for you or your company.
